Charles E. Campbell, Bio

Charles E. Campbell was born into poverty in the Mississippi Delta. He is an author, poet, inventor, entrepreneur and innovator. He earned his high school diploma from West Tallahatchie High School in 1995 with the help of Mrs. McClinton, his math teacher, after failing English. He attend Jackson State University in 1987 and pledged Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc. Upsilon Epsilon Chapter in 1989. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) in 1990. He moved to Columbus Ohio to attend graduate school at The Ohio State University, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) in 1992. He earned a Bioscience Certificate from Columbus State Community College in 2011. His dream is to become a successful children’s eBook author, an Electronic Engineer and a Software Developer. He is the coauthor of the The Adventures of Booo! and Mooo! a series of Bedtime Stories for busy parents with toddlers and preschool children.

He is the father of two children. Shaquita Lashay Johnson-Galloway and Charles Dudley Allen Campbell and two grandchildren Carlos Johnson and Angel Glinsey.   He has three step-children with the late Shanta Faye Fields. Jenae Fields-Parker and her daughter Journey Parker, Jordan Robinson and Justin Robinson.

He was issued a US Patent #8,400,007 B2 entitled “Hydroelectric Power System” on march 19, 2013 for a new type of large-scale hydro power plant designed inside 70-story buildings that he believes can solve Climate Change. His mission is to use his gifts of innovation, ideas and entrepreneurship to solve global problems like climate change, poverty, education, transportation, diseases and war.  He plans to build disruptive and innovative technologies that improve the lives of all human beings. He believes that no problems is too big to solve, if you just believe and are not afraid to try.
